i've been interested in how relationships impact business performance for my entire 25 year consutling career. I've seen companies with great products and services fail because of poor relationships with their customers and/or the employees.  As a result, I've turned my passion into my business. Currently I serve as Pres. & CEO of S4 Consulting in Columbus, OH.

I spend most of my time working directly with clients who are committed to finding a better way particularly senior executives that are trying to transform their companies by using relationship management as a way to create a competitive advantage.

I also serve as the Chair of the COMPASS Board, an organization committed to preventing homelessness.
